What are your business hours?
  • Bookings are by appointment only
  • Office Hours (Administrative Hours), 12pm –  2pm Monday to Thursday
  • Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day
What suburbs do you operate in?

Our customer base is in the Sutherland Shire as we are based in Cronulla NSW 2230, however we do also travel to the St George Districts. Please contact us to confirm suburb eligibility. Should client locality be 7km or more outside of 2230, an additional $5 single round trip travel fee applies.

Do you walk in the rain?

We walk rain or shine – as long as your pooch is willing and able!

Playtime can substitute for walks.

NB: Services cancelled due to extreme and/or severe weather will be rescheduled to a time appropriate for all parties. In normal circumstance, 3 days’ notice will be provided should we be unable to deliver our services.

Are your team qualified dog trainers?

No, Time 4 Paws is not a registered training company, and our fees reflect this. Our services will help with basic behavioural issues in most cases however should more advanced comprehensive training such as behaviour modification or counterconditioning be required, we recommend contacting a specialist to help with coping strategies.

Can you team administer medication?

No and we do not formally diagnose, or make therapy decisions, nor offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian. Under no circumstance will we supply or administer medication(s).

What amount of time do I need to set aside for my Meet and Greet session?

Our complimentary doggo/owner ‘Meet & Greet’ occurs prior to first walk and takes approximately 30 minutes to conduct.

Are you team fully insured and Police checked?

Yes and we have the documentation to prove it

Do you provide quotations?

Yes, our quotes are provided in writing and valid for 7 days from date of issue.

What Covid measures are in place?

Time 4 Paws is a Covid safe environment, complies with NSW Covid guidelines and ensures that all equipment and surfaces are sanitized after each pet.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any services amended and/or cancelled by the client within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate. There is no charge for services amended and/or cancelled by the client prior to this. Should we be unable to gain access to the pet on the day, services will be charged at full rate.
